LaTeX in my blog

It might be that I am really outdated. Yesterday, I browsed blogs around the world and found that now we can have LaTeX in our blog. And here I am, trying to figure that out. In the first instance, I just want to write the famous word LaTeX.

I try to write $latex \LaTeX$ and it is now \LaTeX.

A formula can be written in the same way.

\frac{\partial u}{\partial t} + \frac{\partial u}{\partial x} = 0,

while the source code is

$latex \frac{\partial u}{\partial t} + \frac{\partial u}{\partial x} = 0$.

Thanks to Terence Tao’s blog.

Note that WordPress does not only provide \LaTeX commands into posts but it also provide \LaTeX commands into comments.

how can this statement be written in latex:
the doubling constant is small in comparison with the cardinality.

    Hi Adam,
I am not sure of what you mean. If what you mean is just a normal sentence (what I mean by a normal sentence is a sentence that does not contain mathematical expressions), I think we do not need LaTeX to write such a statement. However, if what you mean is not a normal sentence, perhaps could you be more specific as I do not know what are the correct mathematical symbols to write such a statement.

Anyway, I will try my best. I will write the following:
    $ latex DC \leq C $
And it is gonna appear like the following,
    DC \leq C
    where
DC is the doubling constant and C is the cardinality.

you are too good with inequalities to be involved in latex commands.
however, how to define convolution on an ergodic domain?

      Hi Adam,
Really, I do not understand what you mean. I am sorry. I could not define a latex command to define convolution. Perhaps somebody can help you out. Thanks.

Hi, Vanky… how are you? I have used the \LaTeX in my blog since two years ago… This is fantastic, right? :D

Hi Vanky why do you use moderation for comments? :) It might be better if you don’t use it.
